All apartments are equipped with infrared radiators (a source of heating based on the sun's rays) so that you can stay comfortably warm in your apartment even in the colder seasons.
Internet and satellite TV, radio
In your apartment you will find a satellite flat screen TV (with YOUTUBE function) and a bluetooth radio with CD drive. We are happy to provide you with a DVD player with various DVDs free of charge. During your stay, free internet access via W-Lan is available throughout the apartment and on the premises. You will find the necessary access data in the apartment.
Balcony
16 m² in size, covered and with a wonderful view of the lake, the natural bathing beach and the surrounding mountains with a seating area, loungers and parasol!
Living room
The spacious living room with cozy seating area and additional French double bed can sleep two more guests.
Bedroom
A large double bed and a pull-out bed guarantee the best sleeping comfort! Comfortable and allergy-friendly bed linen.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen (crockery, glasses, cooking utensils and cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, coffee machine with permanent filter, fridge with freezer compartment, stove with oven and various kitchen utensils) with dining area leaves nothing to be desired! Dishwasher! Microwave and other kitchen utensils on request.
Bathroom
In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and an extra shower as well as a large washbasin. WC is in a separate room (toilet paper available). Hand, bath and shower towels are freely available. Hairdryer, shower gel .......!

Included in the price:
- Accommodation for up to 5 guests in our 65 m² apartments, (additional 16 m² south-facing loggia) cooking utensils and tableware, bed and table linen, hand and shower towels, FREE Wi-Fi, as well as the use of the following house facilities:
- well-kept natural beach with child-friendly access, large sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, outdoor charcoal barbecue, table tennis, ...
- Use of children's and baby facilities: Highchairs, cribs with linen, baby monitor, baby bathtub, changing mat, children's play equipment.
- Fishing in the hotel's own lake for FREE!!!
Not included in the price:
- Local or overnight stay tax per guest and night (€ 2.95 from 17 years), pro rata final cleaning € 89, -, washing machine.
- Use by more than 4 persons and pets (€ 8,- per night) by arrangement only.
- Energy costs are billed according to consumption (at the current energy price)!!!!
Booking information:
- Arrival day = Saturday, from 3 pm
- Departure day = Saturday, until 10 am
- or by prior arrangement!!!!
- Fixed bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit!
- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (mail-fax-post):
- up to 14 days after booking confirmation free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival = deposit
- up to 14 days before arrival = 70 % of the total price
- up to 3 days before arrival or no show = 90 % of the total price
- late arrival or early departure does not reduce the price.
